Varsity wrestlers honored for sportsmanship

The 2017-2018 Oswego Varsity Wrestling Team has been awarded the John Arcaro Sportsmanship Award presented by the Syracuse Wrestling Officials.
The award honors “exemplary programs” who schools, coaches, wrestlers and spectators display high levels of sportsmanship. It was presented to the team during the Section III Wrestling Finals held earlier this month.
The Oswego City School District Athletic Department would like to thank all the coaches, student-athletes, family members and fans who come out to every meet and hold the highest expectations.
“This award embodies the character of our program and I want to thank everyone involved for making this possible,” said Director of Physical Education and Athletics Rhonda Bullard.
