OCSD Literacy

One of Superintendent Dean Goewey's goals for this year involves increased visits to schools and classrooms. Some of these events in the past have included breakfasts and lunches with students. As a new initiative this year, Dr. Goewey is going to be engaging with students in classrooms by not only reading a meaningful story, but discussing an age appropriate literacy skill with those classrooms. Each month a new book and literacy skill will be introduced on the "Dean and Dane" WBUC production. All central office administrators will be participating in this great opportunity to connect with all our students. Please see the clip below for additional information.
