OMS musical “Once Upon a Mattress” set for Apr. 14-15

The Oswego Middle School Musical Theatrical Troupe is staging a comedic retelling of the traditional “Princess and the Pea,” the literary fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen where a young woman’s royal ancestry is established by a test of her sensitivity to a singular minute object: a pea.

“Once Upon a Mattress” will be performed at the Faust-Robinson Theatre at Oswego High School at 7 p.m. April 14 and 15. Tickets are $5 pre-show and available at: https://oms-musical.ticketleap.com. Tickets are general admission and can be used either night. Tickets at the door are $6.

“A cast and crew of 50 students have been preparing this jocular musical, so please come out and support these hardworking and dedicated students,” said OMS music teacher Paul Brewster.
