98,99, 100!!! Leighton Celebrated the 100th Day

Picture of 8 Students at FLSKindergarten classes at Leighton celebrated the 100th day of school with projects, parades, and prizes. Students in Mrs. Wood and Ms. Mills’ kindergarten classes participated in a variety of 100th day-themed activities throughout the day. 100 macaroni noodles, 100 buttons, 100 pennies, 100… you name it and the students were using it to create their 100th day-themed projects. Ms. Shore, principal at Leighton, presented certificates to students who could count to 100 as well as to those who were in school all 100 days! After parading their project creations around the school, students were treated to a yummy 100th day-themed snack! Great job kindergarten, keep on counting.
