Leighton’s Got Talent!!!

Spectators at Leighton’s 9th annual Talent Show were treated to a wide variety of performances. This year’s performances included cartwheels, costumes, karaoke, solos, and skits, just to name a few. Congratulations to all the brave participants who worked hard to polish their acts and share their talents with their Leighton family Friday night, April 28.

A special congratulations goes out to the acts that were voted into the top three spots. In third place was Carter Turtura and Andre Mendez who, dressed as Mario and Bowzer, reenacted a scene from the Mario Bros. Nintendo game. In second place was Kaelyn Cisson, who sang a beautiful cover of the hit song How Far I’ll Go from Disney’s Moana. And claiming the top spot with her energetic cover of Miley Cyrus’ song Party in the USA, was Sydny Frantz. Dressed in a sparkly red, white, and blue dress, ydny dazzled the crowd with her engaging performance.
