2017-2018 Budget Vote Passes

Dear Oswego Community,
My sincere appreciation goes out to the community for supporting the 2017-2018 Oswego City School District Budget!  Our district and community have come together to support a budget that is fiscally responsible while at the same time provides important opportunities for kids.  I believe that you approved a budget that strikes a perfect balance!
We will be bringing back critical teaching and support positions and new and innovative program opportunities for children.  Additionally, nearly all athletic programs that were eliminated last year will be coming back along with some clubs and other programs.
I would like to extend my gratitude to all of those who have worked so hard in preparing this budget, to our community members who voted, and to our Oswego City School District staff and Board of Education. Together we will make all out students Fully Prepared and Life Ready!
Sincerely,
Dr. Dean F. Goewey
