Fitzhugh Hosts Spring Carnival

An annual tradition continued recently at Fitzhugh Park Elementary School, as the spring carnival transformed the building into a fun-filled hub of games, activities, raffles, and even a dunk tank.
The event, designed to bring fun and fundraising together, featured an array of games and activities for all ages. Highlights included basket raffles, food, games, and a crowd-favorite dunk tank, which gave students the chance to soak their teachers and staff members — all in the name of a good cause.
“Our spring carnival is more than just a fun day for our school community,” said Amy Molloy, Principal of Fitzhugh Park Elementary. “It’s a way for families to come together, build connections, and support the educational programs and experiences that make our school special.”
All proceeds from the event will directly support the Fitzhugh Park Home and School Association, which helps fund field trips, student incentives, and other enrichment opportunities throughout the year.
