The formation of the Personnel & Human Resources Office is the result of the restructuring done by the Superintendent and the Board of Education during the 2021-22 school year. This office attends to all of the personnel, human resources and benefits needs for all of the approximately 850 Oswego City School District's full and part-time employees.
