OHS brings fun competition to celebrate Halloween

On Oct. 26, in the library of Oswego High School, students participated in the second annual sugar skull decorating contest in honor of Halloween.

The after-school event created a fun environment of competition between students as they painted the sugar skulls in hopes to win a ten-dollar Dunkin’ gift card.

Skulls were closely judged by Ms. Billie Jo Peterson, who named Clayton Andrews the winner of this year’s contest.

In Dec. OHS Librarian, Ms. Iorio and OHS Library Clerk, Mrs. O’Brien will host ornament decorating after school. Hot cocoa and snacks will be provided to all students who participate.
