Physicals




Physicals will be given on July 13th & 27th from 8:30am - 11am at the High School and on July 14th & 28th from 8:30am - 11am and the Middle school.
These can be scheduled with the school nurse and are at no cost to the students.

2022/23 JV, Varsity and Modified Sports Physicals

 

The Fall JV and Varsity Sports Season will start Monday, August 22nd. 

 

The Fall Modified Sports Season will start on Monday, August 29th. 

 

Sports physicals are valid for 12 months.

 

If a student does not have a valid physical and needs one prior to the start of the fall season (8/31/21) they must have the proper school form filled out by their own physician upon that examination or make an appointment with the school nurse. The form is located on the district website on the Athletics home page.
