Kindergarten Registration For The 2025-2026 School Year

How to Register:

Parents and guardians must complete the Pre-Registration Form online, which can be found on the OCSD Central Registration webpage.

To complete the registration process, you will need to submit documentation for proof of age and residency. A list of acceptable documents is available on the OCSD Central Registration webpage.

The following documents will need to be submitted to your child’s school:
 

• An updated immunization record

• A dental certificate (optional, but requested by NYS law)

• A physical exam form (completed and signed by your child’s physician).
   

Students currently enrolled in an OCSD Universal Pre-K program do not 

need to re-register or complete a screening.

Kindergarten Screening:

All incoming kindergarten students will participate in a screening. Schools will contact families at a later date to schedule a time.
