Mr. Caroccio
School Counselor
I have worked at the Oswego High school for 25+ years.  My first two years I was the Homeless Education Advocate.  Prior to working for the Oswego City School District I worked as a Social Worker for Oswego Catholic Charities and for the Oswego County Probation Department.  I have always enjoyed working with youth and helping them navigate their way through adolescence.
I was born and raised in Oswego and also raised my family here.  My wife is a Reading teacher at Kingsford Park Elementary. We have three wonderful children: Alec, Aiden and Jordan. All of them went to OHS and participated in school related activities as well as outside activities. I am a proud Oswegonian and have found the City of Oswego to be a great place to raise a family.

Mrs. Roman
School Counselor
I love working with high school students and feel privileged to work in the high school I graduated from.  When I'm not working, I enjoy working out, gardening and spending time with my husband, 3 children, and animals (1 dog and 2 cats).

Mr. Vitale
School Counselor
Hello! High school counseling has been a goal of mine since the 9th grade. The reason I wanted to be a school counselor is because I felt like the high school I attended offered a lot of wonderful opportunities for students to take advantage of, despite being in a low-income area. I wanted to have the opportunity to assist students with achieving the things they want in life, against the odds, and being able to witness these milestones in my practice here at Oswego High School has been absolutely wonderful. I prefer to meet students where they are at while simultaneously helping to inspire them to continue their growth and expand their capacities. Each student requires something different, and it is genuinely exciting for me to learn what those things are! When I am not working, I will spend time in nature at waterfalls or walk around the woods to find a nice spot to journal. I enjoy cooking, spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and dancing with my cat (yes, we hang out a lot). I would also love to pick up the skill of archery!
