All certificated candidates must submit a cover letter, resume, college transcripts, at least three (3) letters of reference, and a copy of NYS certification (if applicable).  Application materials, except for civil service applications, should be submitted electronically.

Civil Service Applications: 
Use the application when applying for any civil service position.  This application cannot be submitted electronically.  Please complete the application and mail it to the Executive Director of Education & Personnel, 1 Buccaneer Blvd, Oswego, NY 13126.
